Welcome to Corbett Anandavana, operated by Nature Nest Hotel and Resorts Private Limited. By accessing this website, making a reservation, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests, visitors, and users of Corbett Anandavana, its website https://corbettanandavana.com/, and all services provided therein.

Nature Nest Hotel and Resorts Private Limited reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page.

2. Reservations & Bookings

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in.
  • Valid photo identification is mandatory for all guests above 18 years.

Accepted ID Proofs:

  • Aadhar Card
  • Driving License
  • Voter ID
  • Passport

Without an original valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check-in. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking in case of inappropriate behaviour, incorrect information, non-payment, policy violation, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in Time: 2:00 p.m.
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

4. Payments

  • 100% advance payment is required to confirm all bookings.
  • Flexible check-in/check-out requests must be informed in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • All applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing government regulations.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation policies vary based on rate plan, season, or package.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
  • No-shows, early departures, or last-minute cancellations may attract retention charges.
  • Special occasions, long weekends, and holidays are non-refundable.

6. Force Majeure

Corbett Anandavana shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (Act of God)
  • Strikes or labour disputes
  • Government orders or embargoes
  • War or civil unrest
  • Pandemics or unforeseen circumstances

7. Occupancy & Children Policy

  • Maximum occupancy per room: 2 adults and 2 children.
  • Extra beds or mattresses are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Child accommodation policies are governed by resort guidelines.

8. Guest Conduct

Guests must maintain appropriate conduct and respect fellow guests, staff, property premises, and government wildlife/forest regulations. Any damage or loss caused will be charged to the guest. Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests without refund in cases of misconduct or illegal activity.

9. Safety & Responsibility

Guests must follow all safety instructions and signage. The management is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused due to negligence or misuse of facilities.

10. Use of Facilities

Facilities such as Pool, Restaurant, Spa, Adventure Activities, and Event Areas are subject to house rules and operational hours. Some services may require prior booking and additional charges.

11. Events & Group Bookings

Special terms apply for weddings, corporate events, and group bookings. Advance payments, minimum guarantees, and customized cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

12. Liability

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Guests are advised to use lockers or safes where provided.
  • Visitor parking is available; however, parking is entirely at the owner’s risk.

13. Privacy

Guest information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. Personal data will not be shared except where required by law.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Uttarakhand State. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nainital.
